About Me

I have been studying psychology, mental health, addictions, religion and spirituality for several years, as I work towards completing a Bachelors in Psychology at the UofS and have also completed my End of Life Doula Certification with Douglas College.

In the past I have worked as an Addictions Worker, Family Crisis Support Worker, and with non-profit Harm Reductions organizations. I have also worked with many individuals one on one to help them navigate life changes and challenges, I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals.

Being there to help someone navigate life can be an incredibly rewarding experience. I strive to be a good listener, offer support, and be non-judgmental.

I approach my interactions with people from the perspective of the Tibetan Wisdom Dakini, “To me the special female quality (which of course many men have as well) is first of all a sharpness, a clarity,” says Tenzin Palmo, “It cuts through—especially intellectual ossification. It . . . gets to the point. To me the dakini principle stands for the intuitive force. Women get it in a flash—they’re not interested in intellectual discussion which they normally find dry and cold with minimum appeal.”

Please note that I cannot offer legal or medical advice, and I cannot act as a psychologist, nor am I a psychiatrist.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and do not know where to access help I may be able to direct you to the appropriate services.
